BIO-CAT is an ISO-9001:2000 registered supplier of enzyme products to various industries and applications. Our custom blended enzyme preparations and technical expertise currently support baking, food processing, protein processing, dietary supplements, animal feed, cleaning, and many other industries. The company was founded in 1988 by Ed Schuler, whose leadership and extensive experience in the enzyme industry have enabled BIO-CAT to grow and expand with continued success. What started as a small business has grown into a multi-million dollar operation housed in a fifty thousand square foot facility with innovative blending and laboratory capabilities to support our customer base.

Our ability to blend enzyme products and ingredients is unmatched in the industry. Products with two to twenty ingredients can be prepared in batch sizes ranging from five to fifteen-hundred kilograms, according to our customers' specific needs. Our flexibility in production capacity and product content allows us to service different industries and customers of all different sizes. We are also expanding our abilities to meet changing customer requirements by offering blended liquid products.

BIO-CAT prides itself on being the industry's leader in customer service. We offer knowledgeable technical support in many areas of enzyme use along with experienced laboratory support. Our in-house quality testing program ensures the strength and integrity of the items we produce. We currently perform most common enzyme assays, but we also have the capability and resources to modify and develop testing protocols to meet many specific customer needs. Further, we strive to carry a large inventory of products so that we may offer expedited processing for most orders.
