Edward Schuler - CEO & FOUNDER
Mr. Schuler has been in the enzyme business for over 30 years. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Kentucky and then went on to work for the National Canners Association in Washington, DC. He earned a certificate of Master Brewer and went to work for Schaefer Brewery in Albany, NY. His first enzyme experience came when he went to work for Baxter Laboratories in Chicago, Il as Chemical Products manager for their International division. Mr. Schuler left Baxter to form International Enzyme Co. which later had a joint venture with Amano International Enzyme Co. He was President of the joint venture until 1988. In 1988 Mr. Schuler formed BIO-CAT, Inc. |

Chris Schuler - PRESIDENT & CO-FOUNDER - 
Chris earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Purdue University. Chris has been around the enzyme business for most of his life. He worked for International Enzyme Company, in production. Then went on to work for Amano International Enzyme Co. In 1988 when BIO-CAT, Inc was formed Chris was in charge of Sales and Production. In 2000 Chris was promoted to President. |

Brian Huffman - VICE PRESIDENT OF OPERATIONS & CO-FOUNDER
Brian started his career in the enzyme industry with Amano International Enzyme in 1982 as a production worker. As the company grew so did his responsibilities and in 1985 he became the Production Manager. Late that same year Brian joined BIO-CAT, Inc as the Production/Purchasing Manager. In the early years, Brian not only held a managerial role but worked in production as well. Brian was promoted to Vice President of Operations in August 2004. |

Bill Stokes - CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER -
Bill joined Bio-Cat in July 2009 after having worked in the public sector of the financial services industry for over 20 years. Prior to joining the company, Bill was a Senior Vice President and Area Executive based in Charlottesville, VA. His experience is centered in the commercial sector with specialization in finance and business analysis. Bill earned his B.A. in accounting at North Carolina State University. |

Christopher Penet - VICE PRESIDENT OF SALES AND MARKETING -
Chris joined Bio-Cat in January 2008 having worked prior to that as Industry Manager, Specialty Enzymes for Genencor International, a division of Danisco. Chris has over 20 years experience in the enzyme industry in a variety of functions including applications, technical service, and sales and marketing. Chris holds a Masters of Science degree in Food Science from the University of Georgia and spent 7 years in food product development for various food companies before starting his career in biotechnology. |

Howard Pollack - SALES MANAGER -
Prior to joining BIO-CAT Inc., Howard was a Technical Sales Representative with Novozymes. He previously held the position of Associate Scientist in Novozymes technical service/applications department. Howard also has worked in various product development and quality assurance positions within the food industry. He holds a B.S. degree in Food Science from Rutgers University. |
