The blending capacity of our production plant is one reason for the success of BIO-CAT. Our single batch powdered enzyme blending capacity ranges from lots as small as 5 kilograms to as large as 1,500 kilograms. We also have the capability to provide liquid blended products. Our liquid enzyme blending capacity ranges from 50 kilograms to 2,000 kilograms.

BIO-CAT also offers a wide array of pack sizes for both powdered and liquid products. Powdered packaging is in two flute corrugated kraft cardboard boxes and available in sizes as small as 5 kilograms and as large as 25 kilograms. Liquid packaging is in 20-25 kilogram plastic headpacks or in 200-230 kilogram plastic drums.

Our production and packaging flexibility and technical sales staff give us the ability to accommodate your more routine enzyme needs or custom formulations.

By keeping a large inventory of product within our warehouse, BIO-CAT has achieved great success in minimizing lead times and getting orders processed in a very timely manner. Orders will typically ship the same day the product is blended.
